Monthly open meetings in Glasgow

These meetings are for any member of SHT to come along and explore tantra and sacred sexuality and how it relates to them. The two and a half hour meeting is now mostly experiential, involving for example touch, meditation, breath work, energy work, movement and intimacy, although no overt sexual activity, and with time at the end for a blether and a catch up with each other. The next open meeting will be held on 2^nd February 2013 in Yoga Healing Glasgow.

Movie nights

Plan to have ‘movie nights’ showing relevant movies – watch this space :o)

Set group meetings
Set group meetings have a fixed membership invited from those who have attended at least one open meeting, for a series of four meetings. These meetings allow the group members to get to know each other better and for us to explore topics in greater depth and to explore more challenging topics. The next set group, the Spring Set Group, will meet on four Fridays, probably in February and March 2013.

Social evening
The New Year and Summer Social evenings were great successes and we have been asked to hold more of these as they offer group members an opportunity to get together in an informal setting and for new members to meet others and to get comfortable with the group.  Our next New Year social evening will be held on Friday 11th January 2013 in the Glasgow Buddhist Centre.
